First event? Take a breath — here’s how this works.

• Find your day. Tap a day tab (Thu / Fri / Sat) up top, or open Contents to jump anywhere.
• Search when a guest asks something. Type into the search bar — “parking,” “dress code,” “refund” — and the answer card pops up. Everything under Answers for guests is safe to say out loud.
• Know your station. Read Station expectations for what your role actually does. It’s okay to not know everything.
• When in doubt, ask up. If something’s above your station or you’re unsure, check the Escalation quick card and call or radio your lead. Nobody expects you to solve it alone.

Not assigned to a shift? Enjoy the conference, connect with attendees, or take a break — but stay on call in case support is needed. Mingle with guests, check in with clients you recognize, and sit in on sessions when you can.

Even off-shift, your presence matters — mingle, check in with clients you know, sit in on sessions. Sales defaults to the info table when not floating, on a lead, or in the pitch room.

Guest-facing stations

• Registration Desk. First impression of the weekend. Scan tickets, hand off badges/wristbands/booklet, answer quick schedule & seating questions, point guests the right way. Keep the line moving warmly.
• Info Table (Rich Relatives Hub). Central support hub + sales home base. Be visible and available; field company/service/event questions; connect interested guests to the right team member instead of dropping the thread.
• Round Table Management. Saturday-morning facilitation crew (nearly all CS). Keep each table on track, on time, on-topic; watch the clock and signal transitions so tables wrap together.
• Breakout Guest Management. Move guests from the main room into breakouts. Post up at decision points, answer “which way?” warmly, keep the handoff seamless.
• Merch Booth. Five Hitter team all weekend. Manage display, process sales, watch inventory. Solo post — arrange break coverage in advance.
• Lunch Line. Keep the buffet flowing, prevent crowding, flag Events if food runs low.

Pitch room roles

• Closers (4). Final conversions after interest is locked. Qualify, then move leads from deposit to full payment.
• Deposit Collectors (4). Collect deposit info right after the pitch, manage forms, keep your copy, pass guests to closers.
• Tech & Backup Deposit (Jackson, Dion). Safety net for both tables. Float when smooth; take payments when the line backs up.
• Door Team (Fri, 3). Control entry/exit, keep the room calm and right-sized. Friday only.
• Room Transition. Escort interested attendees into the pitch room; keep momentum, keep the path obvious.
• Folders. Hand a folder to each person in. On the way out, collect from anyone who didn't move forward; paid guests keep theirs. Warm, never singling anyone out.
• Floaters / Support. Warm roving presence. Ask what brought them, what they're working toward, whether the program fits. You don't have to close — this is hospitality + momentum.

Awards show roles

• Awards Registration. Formal second check-in for evening-only guests (esp. MM100 honorees). Scan, distribute seating info, confirm nominee/VIP arrivals, direct to carpet/cocktails/seats.
• Carpet Line Management. Keep red + style carpets flowing, pace photos, coordinate with PR/media.
• Guest Flow & Seating. Largest crew. Move guests from carpets to seats by ticket type, prevent bottlenecks, give VIPs/nominees special attention.

• Marquis Ballroom — main stage, Education Day general sessions (Fri & Sat morning).
• Marquis Foyer — registration, step-and-repeat, merch, photo activation.
• Imperial Ballroom — VIP lunch Friday; Saturday morning breakout rooms (split into rooms B, C, D).
• Atrium Ballroom — Saturday evening MM100 Awards Show (turns over from breakouts during the day).
• Atrium Foyer — Awards arrivals, red carpet, cocktail hour.
• Upper Atrium — VIP lounge (access list only).

Goal: convert attendees into FFF clients. Friday = high-trust private closing room. Saturday = FOMO pitch in the main room. Throughout, Carter & George soft-seed client wins and note that sales staff are on-site.

The ask

Place a $2,000 deposit or pay in full to secure on-site event pricing.

Flow

• Prospect fills out the paper one-pager with payment details.
• Goes to checkout station; staff process payment electronically.
• Direct traffic to the closers' table to finish the process — qualify the lead and collect full payment.
• No one should leave the room with their folder if they didn't pay.

Payment options: wire, credit card, or Flexxbuy application.

The job is mostly one thing: scan the code, wave them in.

Before doors open

• Install Eventcombo EntryPilot (App Store / Google Play).
• Log in with the support account (credentials in the locked section).
• Allow camera access. Tap our event “Wealth Weekend 2026” — not “…- Checkout.”
• Do one test scan so you know what “success” looks like.

Checking people in

• Scan their QR (confirmation email or printout), or
• Search name/email via Manual Check-In.

If something's off

• Won't scan: screen brightness all the way up, hold steady. Still nothing → Manual Check-In by name/email.

Existing clients (not already on an annual plan) can renew early at $15,000/year (vs. $18,000). Internal goal: 30 renewals.

• The ask: commit now; sign the agreement + complete a $1 checkout that stores payment info. The full $15,000 is charged within 7 days.
• Their current program term doesn't shift — they're paying early, not switching programs now.
• Incentive: lock in annual pricing for life (while continuously enrolled) + entry into two prize drawings.
• Client flow: scan the QR (in reg materials) or visit the renewal page → sign online → $1 Spiffy checkout → confirmation. CSAs complete the full charge within 7 days.
